Return and Exchange

Spunkz offers an exchange policy on Exclusive articles only for size issues or product defects. A flat PKR 500 delivery charge applies on exchanges. Please note, we currently do not offer returns.

You have 7 days to request for exchange from the date you received your parcel, otherwise we will not entertain your issue.

No returns and No Exchange will be provided on any SALE ITEM (I.e 70% OFF SALE).
