Return and Exchange

Return Guidelines:

1. Eligibility: You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be in brand-new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

2. Return Shipping: We are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).

3. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your return, our quality assurance team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return guidelines. If the item(s) pass inspection, we will process your refund or exchange within ten business days.

Exchange Guidelines:

1. Size or Style Exchange: If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a different size or style, please specify the desired size or style in the return request. We will ship the replacement item(s) once we receive and approve your return.

2. Availability: Replacement items are subject to availability. If the desired thing is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the returned item(s).

Refund Process:

1. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.

2. Refund Timing: Please allow ten business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. The timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items:

1. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or damaged items unless they are deemed to have a manufacturing defect.
