Spunkz.pk Return Policy

At Spunkz.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 05 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

• Items must be mostly unused.
• Returns and exchanges are processed quickly, usually within 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery Charges:

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable i.e. 250 rupees.
• Customers are responsible for delivery costs incurred during exchanges.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover all related delivery charges.

Please note, we do not offer refunds; only exchanges or returns are available.
